Irma Pilav Andall is a Master of Sports and Physical Education, a dance teacher and the owner of the first holistic studio in Bosnia and Herzegovina with a focus on movement, dance and recovery – MOVEba. She is an advocate of a holistic approach to health and wellness through the combination of various services: functional training, group classes such as Yoga, dance and movement, along with SPA & Wellness services including massage, magnesium and ice baths. Irma is dedicated to conveying proper movement to people, how to integrate it into everyday life, how to breathe and how to bring the needs of mind, body and spirit into balance. In her personal work, she focuses on women's health through a holistic approach, both during menstruation and during pregnancy.
Not all exercises and physical activities are for all people. Some people need stronger and some people need less intensity. Some like walking, others can't do without running. How to determine which exercises suit you best and how long it really takes to balance the body with the spirit.
