Zeynep Aksoy left her career in a marketing agency in New York, returned to Istanbul and is now one of the most famous yoga experts in Turkey. After 30 years of experience, she has summarized the most important elements of health in the fascia yoga training under the name Reset and Reconnect with your body and mind. If the fascia is damaged, the cellular environment becomes more conducive to cancer, the discs in the spine can collapse, the bones can develop osteoporosis, and the joints can become calcified. Disturbances in the fascia lead to stones in the organs. The two-way relationship between the nervous system and the fascia makes yoga an ideal way to address problems of both physical health and mental well-being. By gently, playfully and pleasantly stimulating our bodies, we can influence not only the pain and well-being in our biophysical state, but also the state of our nervous system, mood and even how we perceive things.
